Create & Configure Quick Actions

Creating a New Quick Action


The following steps are required to create a new quick actions entry:
  1. Select Quick Action from the Settings tab.



  2. Select Add New Record.



  3. Enter name of action and click Insert to save new category.



  4. The new quick action should now be saved under it's type and can be viewed on the Quick Action page.



Configuring an Existing Category

The following steps are required to edit an existing quick action:
  1. From the Quick Actions page, click Edit adjacent to the entry to be edited.



  2. Edit the details as necessary then click Update to save changes
