The Claims Management System has a powerful reporting feature that allows you to send customised reports to Insurers and managing offices.

It is difficult to provide a full Word Processing feature within a web browser so we have created a stand-alone application that runs on the Microsoft Windows operating system.

When you wish to create or modify a report CMS will launch this application for you using a technology known as Clickonce.
This technology was developed by Microsoft to simplify the delivery of desktop applications from websites.

Microsoft Internet Explorer supports Clickonce by default but very few other browsers do.
If you are using a different browser you will need to install a Clickonce Extension to provide support for this feature.
