Managing Document Templates

Note: If you are using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers you may require an extension add on before you can view or edit documents.

To manage document templates:
  1. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  2. Select the Document Templates button.



  3. Click the Edit link adjacent to the document you wish to manage.



  4. There are two main ways to manage document templates.
  5. This first way is by selecting the group in which the template is kept.
  6. To change the group type, select an option from the Group drop down box.



  7. This defines what group the document is kept under when a new document is being created. See Attaching a Document to an Activity for more information on creating documents.
  8. The second way to manage documents is by changing the document's related claim type.
  9. To change the claim type for the document, select an option from the Claim Type drop down box.



  10. This will limit the document's usage to the specified claim type or, if All is selected, allow it to be used for all claim types.
  11. Click Update to save your changes.
